Here at Avro, we stock a significant number of parts so that when the need arises, we can take action quickly and get parts a nyw here in North America promptly.

Warranty Policy
- Avro GSE products are warrantied to be free of manufacturing or material defects for a period of 2 years or 2000 engine hours , whichever occurs first, from date of shipment to the original customer. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. This warranty does not cover the following items:
- Replacement parts purchased from Avro GSE carry a 90 – day warranty unless covered further by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Parts required for normal maintenance (wear parts)
- Labor (excluding first 90 days from shipping)
- Consumables
- Modifications to the equipment not authorized by Avro
- Damage due to incorrect storage or improper usage
- Environmental charges
- Loss of time, use of machine or consequential damages
- Powered equipment rental items are warrantied as per new items, for the full term of the rental contract, regardless of engine hours.
- Non – powered equipment new items are warrantied as per new powered equipment for a period of 12 months.
- Non – powered rental items are warrantied as per new non – powered items, for the full term of the rental contract.
- If you have a problem that may require service, contact Avro GSE immediately. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble a product without first contacting Avro GSE, any action may affect warranty coverage. When you contact Avro GSE be prepared to provide the following information:
- Equipment Model Number
- Equipment Serial Number
- Description of the problem
- A decision on the extent of warranty coverage on products is reserved pending inspection of Avro GSE. Warranty replacement pa rt s over $100 value will be charged at point of shipping and credited upon receipt of defective products back to Avro GSE. Any shipments of returned defective pa rts to Avro GSE must be shipped freight prepaid. Freight costs on shipments to customers will be paid by Avro GSE on approved warranty claims.
- Any unauthorized modification of the Avro GSE products or use of the Avro GSE products in violation of cautions and warnings in any manual (including updates) or safety bulletins published or delivered by Avro GSE will immediately void any warranty, express or implied.
- The obligations of Avro GSE expressly stated herein are in lieu of all other warranties or conditions expressed or implied. Any unauthorized modification of the Avro GSE products or use of the Avro GSE products in violations of cautions and warnings in any manual (including updates) or safe ty bulletins published or delivered by Avro GSE will immediately void any warranty, express or implied and Avro GSE disclaims any and all liability for injury (with out limitation and including DEATH), loss or damage arising from or relating to such misuse.
