We are proud to announce the successful completion of a major baggage cart project for UNIFI Aviation Canada, demonstrating the responsiveness, reliability, and execution capabilities that our customers depend on.
The project was initially planned for the delivery of 220 baggage carts, supported by an execution schedule consisting of 11 planned shipment dates. As the project progressed, UNIFI Aviation Canada requested an additional six baggage carts, increasing the total order volume to 226 units.
Despite the increased demand, Avro GSE successfully accommodated the additional units without impacting the delivery schedule.
A key factor in this success was Avro GSE’s commitment to maintaining inventory availability. With approximately 300 baggage carts in stock, Avro GSE was able to respond quickly to the customer’s requirements, fulfill the expanded order, and keep deliveries on track without delays. This inventory readiness enables customers to receive equipment faster and supports time-sensitive operational needs across the aviation industry.
Through close coordination between inventory management, logistics, quality assurance, and customer service teams, all 226 baggage carts were shipped and delivered within a three-week period during May.
Every one of the original scheduled shipment dates was successfully met, ensuring that the customer received equipment exactly when needed to support their operational requirements. The availability of a substantial in-stock inventory played a critical role in enabling this accelerated delivery timeline.


Beyond meeting delivery timelines, the project was completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
